What is Manuka Health Loyalty Card?
Manuka Health Loyalty Card is a rewards program for our valued clients, it allows customers to earn Manuka Points for their patronage when buying Manuka Health products.
Who is eligible for a Manuka Health Loyalty Card?
All Manuka Health customers with a Philippine mobile number are qualified to apply for Manuka Health Loyalty Card.

How to apply for a Manuka Health Loyalty Card?

(1) Customers may purchase a Manuka Health Loyalty Card for ₱100.00.

How do I register for a Manuka Health Loyalty Card?
To register, our sales staff will gather the following information from you and input it in our loyalty card application:

(1) NAME
(2) MOBILE NUMBER
(3) GENDER
(4) CITY OF RESIDENCE (optional)
(5) BIRTHDAY (optional)

When will I receive my Manuka Health Loyalty Card?
You will receive your Manuka Health Loyalty Card two (2) weeks after registration at the same Manuka Health branch where you registered.
When can I start earning Manuka Points?
You start earning Manuka Points as soon as you complete the registration process.
How do I earn Manuka Points?
You can earn Manuka Points by purchasing a minimum of ₱500.00 worth of Manuka Health products at any participating Manuka Health branches. Just present your Manuka Health Loyalty Card at the cashier.
What if I don’t have my Manuka Health Loyalty Card with me?
After the first two (2) weeks, there is a strict “No card, No points earned” policy, you must have your Manuka Health Loyalty Card with you to keep earning Manuka Points.
How many Manuka Points do I earn?
You earn 2% cashback with every purchase of at least ₱500.00 worth of Manuka Health products. Every peso counts, no purchase is wasted.ManukaPoints earned can be redeemed after 48 hours.
How do I check my Manuka Points earned?
There are three (3) ways to check your Manuka Points:

(1) First is through our kiosk using our loyalty card application. You will be prompted for your six (6)-digit password that you received when you first registered. You will be able to view your updated Manuka Points after you have entered your password correctly. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to change it to a non-system generated password.
(2) Second option is through the ZAP application. You can download it via Google Play Store or Apple’s Appstore.
(3) Third option is through our customer care. Our sales staff can call our head office to get an update on your Manuka Points.

How do I redeem my Manuka Points?
  • Redemption of Manuka Points must be done at any participating Manuka Health branches.
  • You must have your Manuka Health Loyalty Card with you, as well as the mobile number that you used to register.
  • Present your loyalty card at the cashier before your purchase and inform them that you want to redeem your Manuka Points.
  • You will receive a four (4)-digit PIN via text message.
  • All Manuka Points must be redeemed all at once with the exception when the available Manuka Points are greater than the amount that is being purchased.
  • 1 Manuka Point = 1 Peso.
  • Successfully redeemed Manuka Points cannot be cancelled/exchanged.
  • Redemption of Manuka points can done 48 hours after earning it.
Can I use my Manuka Points to purchase discounted items or bulk orders?
ManukaPoints can be used for regular priced items only.
Can I use my Manuka Points to get Manuka Health gift items with purchase?
Yes.
Is there a minimum amount for redemption of Manuka Points?
No minimum amount of purchase is required to redeem Manuka Points.
Can I convert my Manuka Points to cash?
ManukaPoints earned through Manuka Health’s loyalty program are not convertible to cash.
Can I use my Manuka Points anywhere else?
ManukaPoints earned through Manuka Health’sloyalty program are only redeemable at participating Manuka Health branches.
I lost my Manuka Health Loyalty Card, what happens to my Manuka Points?
Your Manuka Points remains intact as long as you have the same mobile number. However, you have to purchase the Manuka Health Loyalty Card again.
I lost my mobile number and can’t get it back, what happens to my Manuka Points?
We can facilitate the transfer of your Manuka Points to your new mobile number. You have to surrender your existing Manuka Health Loyalty Card so we can issue you a new one.However, you have to purchase the Manuka Health Loyalty Card again.
I lost my Manuka Health Loyalty Card and my mobile number and can’t get it back, what happens to my Manuka Points?
You have to file an affidavit of loss for your mobile number and Manuka Health Loyalty Card.  We can facilitate the transfer of your Manuka Points to your new mobile number.However, you have to purchase the Manuka Health Loyalty Card again.
Does the Manuka Health Loyalty Card have an expiration date?
The Manuka Health Loyalty Card is valid for two (2) years upon registration.
