How do I check my Manuka Points earned?
(1) First is through our kiosk using our loyalty card application. You will be prompted for your six (6)-digit password that you received when you first registered. You will be able to view your updated Manuka Points after you have entered your password correctly. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to change it to a non-system generated password.
(2) Second option is through the ZAP application. You can download it via Google Play Store or Apple’s Appstore.
(3) Third option is through our customer care. Our sales staff can call our head office to get an update on your Manuka Points.
How do I redeem my Manuka Points?
- Redemption of Manuka Points must be done at any participating Manuka Health branches.
- You must have your Manuka Health Loyalty Card with you, as well as the mobile number that you used to register.
- Present your loyalty card at the cashier before your purchase and inform them that you want to redeem your Manuka Points.
- You will receive a four (4)-digit PIN via text message.
- All Manuka Points must be redeemed all at once with the exception when the available Manuka Points are greater than the amount that is being purchased.
- 1 Manuka Point = 1 Peso.
- Successfully redeemed Manuka Points cannot be cancelled/exchanged.
- Redemption of Manuka points can done 48 hours after earning it.
