Blueberry and Manuka Honey Overnight Oats

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1 Tablespoon MGO Manuka Honey


1. Add oatmeal to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.
2. Sweeten by topping with Manuka honey before refrigerating.
3. Leave it in your refrigerator overnight. Best to eat within 24 hours.
