1 cup of ground coffee
1 Tbsp of Manuka honey
1 Tbsp of Coconut oil

Instructions:

Simply mix all of the ingredients together and apply grape sized batches in circular motions from your feet upwards. After exfoliating, rinse the mixture off with water.

Notes:

This is meant as a hand and body scrub only, so please do not use on your face as it may irritate sensitive skin. Do not use more than 2-3 times per week.
